Ronald was biking around a circular bike trial that had a radius of 1.2 miles. There were 3 rest stops along the trial that were equal distance apart. What was the distance between each rest stop?

2 pi R / 4 assuming the start/finish is that same distance from stop 1 and stop 3
= 3.14 * 1.2 / 2
= 1.88miles

C = 2πr = 2.4π miles
3 stops divide the circle into 3 parts, so each is 0.8π miles long

2 * 1.2 * 3.14
2.4 * 3.14

Then you do
7.536 * 3
22.608
