so if
A = (8,-1)
B = (5,-2)
The distance from A to B is (-3,-1)
That means that the other endpoint is
A + 3(-3,-1) = (8,-1) + (-9,-3) = (-1,-4)
A = (8,-1)
B = (5,-2)
The distance from A to B is (-3,-1)
That means that the other endpoint is
A + 3(-3,-1) = (8,-1) + (-9,-3) = (-1,-4)
