f(x) = -2+4 is kind of silly, so Anonymous assumed you meant
f(x) = -2x+4
If so, then
f(x)-g(x) = (-2x+4)-(6x-7) = -2x+4-6x+7 = -8x+11
f(x) = -2x+4
If so, then
f(x)-g(x) = (-2x+4)-(6x-7) = -2x+4-6x+7 = -8x+11
