Question

What is the median number of 0,3,9,15,18,22,15,9,4
The answer is 6
I set the number from lowest to highest 0,3,4,9,9,15,15,18,22
My answer is 9 but don't know why the answer is 6?
The book show first add all the numbers=95 then (95+1)/2=48th then 48th=6. I can't figure out how from 48 to the anser6.

9 is correct.
If this is also the book that said the mean is not 9.6 then I think the book probably has other errors as well.
