I assume you mean ∫[4,7] f(x) dx = 3
Note that if g(x) = f(x^2+3) then dg/dx = 2x df/dx using the chain rule
So now you want ∫2 dg = 2g
Not sure what S_(-1)^2 is supposed to mean, but maybe you can work it out from here.
