Draw the electron energy diagram stating the 4 quantum numbers of the last electron in each of the following ions

7N = 1s2 2s2 2p3
7N^3- = 1s2 2s2 2p6
So n = 2, a p electron makes l = 1, ml =1 and ms = -1/2
I'll leave Fe^3+ for you but here is a start.
26Fe = 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 3d6 4s2 so Fe^3+ is
26Fe^3+ = 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3d5 So you know the last electron is the 3d electron
