None are correct. The commas after ‘Seneca Falls’ are correct, but there also need to be commas after ‘New York’ in each sentence.

The correct sentence is option d. "The first women's rights convention was held in Seneca Falls, New York in 1848."

To determine the correct sentence, we need to understand the rules of plural possessive forms. When indicating possession, we usually add an apostrophe and an "s" ('s) to a singular noun, and when indicating possession for plural nouns ending in "s", we only add an apostrophe ('), without the extra "s".

In this case, we are talking about the rights of women, which is a plural noun. So, we need to use the plural possessive form. Therefore, the correct sentence should be "The first women's rights convention was held in Seneca Falls, New York in 1848."

Option a is incorrect because it uses the singular possessive form "womans" instead of "women's".

Option b is incorrect because it uses the plural form "womens" rather than "women's".

Option c is incorrect because it uses the singular possessive form "womans'" instead of "women's".
