    I'm guessing what the units are but remember concentration is moles/L or some subset of that unit such as mM = millimoles/L.
So if the units are:
Mmol = *mols/L)*mols
mmol = millimoles
Mm = (mols/L)*milli--funny to be written this way but it could be a screwed up way to write mM. Or if the m stands for meter this is not concentration.
mM = millimolar. Certainly this is a concentration.
