    The easy way to work this problem, I think, is to assign numbers to P, V and T. You know PV/T = constant. Try substituting numbers here.
Suppose I make P = 2, V = 10 and T = 4. So the constant is 2*10/4 = 5. Now, let's make P = 4 instead of 2, what must V become to keep the constant at 5. Is that an increase or a decrease. Then to the T. If P becomes 4 what must T becme to keep PV/T = 5. Is that an increase or a decrease. Now you can pick the answer.
