Ron and Jake started walking at constant speeds from the same spot in opposite
directions along a straight boardwalk. After they had walked for 30 min,
they were 4 km apart. Ron's speed was 3.5 km/h. What was Jake's speed?

since distance = speed * time,
(3.5 + x) * 0.5 = 4
