slopes of perpendicular lines are negative reciprocals of each other
in this case ... m = -1 / -5 = 1/5
y = 1/5 x + b ... 2 = (10 / 5) + b ... 0 = b
in this case ... m = -1 / -5 = 1/5
y = 1/5 x + b ... 2 = (10 / 5) + b ... 0 = b
