I have a quick question about how to use this site properly because I have heard of people being banned and other stuff. but I don't know what is allowed and what is not.

Hey! If you go down to the very bottom of this page, you'll see the "Terms of Use," "Privacy Policy," and "About Us." They're on the right. Click on those and you'll find all the information! If you have any other questions you can also contact Jiskha at [email protected].
