5648 / 22 = 256.72727272727272....
so 256 and part of one to munch on immediately

actually, you have 0.7272 = 8/11 of a basketful left over.
since 5648 - 22*256 = 16
you have a whole bunch to munch on.

Of course it is only implied that each basket has to have the same number. We could put one more in 16 of them, or in 15 of them and eat one.
