A line with the given slope passes through the given point.
(A) Write the equation of the line in the slope-int form.
(B) Identify the y- int.
for (a) I got y=6x+13
for (b) I got y=13
I'm not sure what I did wrong, I'm a lot confused and have more of these to do so I don't want them all the be wrong, help would be great thank you!

(a) is indeed the slope-int form, but I have no idea whether it is the right equation for your line.
If it is, then (b) is also correct.
