well, just add up the costs. For x texts (x > 100)
Varsity: 228+33*24 + 50*24 + 0.20(x-100)
Deals: 200+40*24 + 60*24 + 0.18(x-100)
The plans cost the same if 19,000 extra texts are sent
That's about 630 texts per day, so I think we can safely assume that Varsity is a better deal.
