eliminate x
3x + y - 5z = 10
-3x - 3y + 2z = -4
----------------------
-2 y - 3 z = 6
and
4x + 4y + z = -2
3x + y - 5z = 10
is
12 x + 12 y + 3 z = -6
12 x + 4 y - 20 z = 40
-----------------------------------
8 y + 23 z = -46
so you have two eqns, two unknowns
-2 y - 3 z = 6
8 y + 23 z = -46
multiply the first one by 4 and add them and you have z, then go back
3x + y - 5z = 10
