What is the molar concentration of a solution H2so4 which contain 2.19g of h2so4 in 500cm what is the molar concentration

I assume you mean 500 cm^3.
That is mols H2SO4 = grams/molar mass = 2.19/98 = 0.0223 mols
Then M = mols/L = 0.0223/0.500 L = ?
