omega = (33.3 revs / 60 seconds) * ( 2 * 3.14 radians /rev) = 3.49 radians/second
R = 0.13 meter
v = omega * R = 3.49 * 0.13 = 0.453 m/s
R = 0.13 meter
v = omega * R = 3.49 * 0.13 = 0.453 m/s
