I don't agree with your choice.
Ne is 2 and 8 which is 2 energy levels.
Kr is 2 and 8 and 18 and 8 which is 4 energy levels.
In fact, you KNOW it can't be two elements in different periods because each period has at least another energy level. So look for two elements in the same period.
