d/e = 2/3 so e = 3d/2
d/m = 3/1 so m = d/3
d + e + m = 108
so
d + 3d/2 + d/3 = 108
6d/6 + 9d/6 + 2d/6 =108
17 d = 648
d = 38.118
e = 3 d/2 = 57.176
m = 12.706
e - m = 44.47

I suspect a typo.
