Andrew drives through 5 intersections with stoplights on his way to work. He records that he is stopped by a red light in 2 of the 5 intersections. If he uses this as his general probability of getting stopped at a red light on his way to or from work, how many times can he expect to be stopped at a red light over the next 40 times he drives through an intersection on his route?
