In 3-5 sentences, explain how the rate of photosynthesis or cellular respiration can be measured using products or reactants.
Explain why the saying, “you are what you eat” is factually correct.
A substance is dissolved in water, breaking down into its atomic components. Is this an endothermic or exothermic reaction? Explain your reasoning in 3-5 sentences.
Your friend asks for your help checking their essay about sugar production and use in plants. They have found an online encyclopedia stating that plants produce glucose via photosynthesis. Glucose is linked together to form the carbohydrate starch. They are confused, though, because a university website states that glucose is linked together to form cellulose, the main part of plant cell walls. In 3–5 sentences, describe how you can help your friend check their information and how both statements can be true?

The rate of cellular respiration may be or photosynthesis may be measured using product or reactant in the following ways :

Quantity of oxygen : The amount of oxygen intake during cellular respiration used by cells to produce energy by the reactant.
Quantity of carbon dioxide : During cellular respiration, carbondioxide is given off as a product. Hence, it can also be used to measure cellular respiration.
Finally, the amount of glucose consumed may also be used to measure the rate of cellular respiration.

Answer:

endothermic reaction

Explanation:

This is because it absorb heat from the surrounding which is required to break the bond hold it together hence as it absorb heat from the surrounding the temp of surrounding decrease.

The phrase "you are what you eat" is factually correct because when the body breaks down the food matter being consumed, the elements and molecules that form will be used by the body. These will be used to create new biomolecules that will be used for growth and repair. Without a healthy diet the body wont have these, effecting ur over all heath.

Starch is made up of long chains of glucose. While cell walls are made from cellulose created from photosynthesis. Cellulose is made up of glucose and cell walls are the most abundant carbohydrate.

You can find the rate of photosynthesis by weighing the nitrogen content before and after measurement. According to the lessons, nitrogen is the easiest to measure during photosynthesis. Cell Respiration rate can be found using a similar process, but with hydrogen instead of nitrogen.

This is my re-phrased answer to Agent 57's answer to the question: "explain how the rate of photosynthesis or cellular respiration can be measured using products or reactants" if anyone wants to use it.
Cellular respiration can be measured through the quantity of oxygen or carbon dioxide. Cellular respiration uses oxygen to produce energy, so the amount of oxygen intake controls how much energy is produced by the reactant. Carbon dioxide is given off as a product, hence, it can also be used to measure cellular respiration. The amount of glucose consumed during the process may be used to measure the rate of cellular respiration as well.
(I still suggest changing the wording though)
