Im lost too but i can tell you what my friend did
She did pulse rates after no activity
after light activity
then after heavy activity and regorded it (like a data table ig)
basically the science of heart rate

I am so lost as well, the instruction makes 0 sense.

But im doing heart rate, maybe it will get me a decent grade.

Here's all I got from one of my teachers. "If you go to this link for the Biology page, scroll down to unit 4 and you will find the overview, directions recording and all you need to complete that portfolio. I would encourage you to attend live lessons for instructions too!" I know, not very helpful.
