Simplify the cubed root of 4x divided by 9y^2

not much simplification can be done. Your ambiguity gives two options:
∛(4x)/9y^2
or
∛(4x/(9y^2))
since there are no perfect cube factors, all you can do is maybe rationalize the denominator, if that appeals to you.
