If y = 3 x – 2 , x = 3 t + 2 and t = 3 k – 2 , find an expression for y = f ( k ).
How do I solve for the expression. Can someone please help me to set up the equation.

okay, one more time

y = 3x-2 = 3(3t+2)-2 = 3(3(3k-2)+2)-2 = ....
now just simplify -- I mean, you need to do some of the work, yeah?

or, the long way:
y = 3x-2 = 3(3t+2)-2 = 9t+4 = 9(3k-2)+4 = ____
