okay, one more time
y = 3x-2 = 3(3t+2)-2 = 3(3(3k-2)+2)-2 = ....
now just simplify -- I mean, you need to do some of the work, yeah?
or, the long way:
y = 3x-2 = 3(3t+2)-2 = 9t+4 = 9(3k-2)+4 = ____
