1 litre = 0.001 cubic metres.

How long will it take to drain 1 cubic metre of water from the pool?

rate = 50 L/min * 0.001 m^3/L = 50/1000 = 0.05 m^3/min
so
1 m^3 = 0.05 m^3/min * t
t = 1/0.05 = 20 min
