I have Quadrant 1 & Quadrant 3 The question is:
How Much is the Distance Between (6, 3)and (-3, -3) ?

it doesn't really matter which quadrants the points are in. The same formula applies.
d = √((-3-6)^2 + (-3-3)^2) = √(9^2 + 6^2) = √(81+36) = √117
