NORTH ( Y ) direction: 4 cos 38 + 5 cos 67 = 3.15 + 1.95 = 5.10
EAST (X) direction 4 sin 38 + 5 sin 67 = 2.46 + 4.60 = 7.06
distance = sqrt (5.10^2 + 7.06^2)
bearing from origin; tan angle = (East/North) = 7.06/5.10 = 1.38
tan^-1 (1.38) = 54 deg East of North
