-2 = (x+4) / 2 = x/2 + 2
-4 = x/2 so x = -8
and
y = (7+3)/2 = 5
(4,3 ) , midpoint at (-2,5) , (-8 , 7)
-4 = x/2 so x = -8
and
y = (7+3)/2 = 5
(4,3 ) , midpoint at (-2,5) , (-8 , 7)
