Do penguins have kneecaps?
- I honestly don't think they do. unless their knees are under their chest. my teacher asked us this today and told us to write a paragraph about it.

Answer: yes, penguins do have kneecaps! A penguin's leg is composed of a short femur, knee. The upper leg bones are not visible as they are covered in feathers giving penguins a very short legged appearance.
