We have a 1.5 mo/L NaOH solution, what initial volume should we add from this base in a 200 mL volumetric balloon in order to obtain a 0.3 mol/L naoh solution?

The term volumetric balloon is a new one on me. I'm assuming that is a volumetric flask.
The dilution formula is:
mL1 x M1 = mL2 x M2
mL1 x 1.5 M = 200 mL x 0.3 M.
Solve for mL1
The dilution formula is:
mL1 x M1 = mL2 x M2
mL1 x 1.5 M = 200 mL x 0.3 M.
