Is Na2O2 (sodium peroxide) a polar or non polar? Also, what the electronegativity of the following compounds: H2SO4, HNO3, NA2O2 and HClO3

I think Na2O2 is an ionic compound and certainly polar. As for the electronegativity (EN) of the COMPOUNDS, compounds don't have EN. Elements do. You could be talking about oxidation number or EN. For example EN for H is about 2.2, S is 2.58, O is 3.44 in H2SO4 while oxidation numbers are 1+ for H, 6+ for S and 2- for O in H2SO4.
