In a class of 63 students, the number of students who study Maths is 14 more than those who study both subjects,the number is students who study ICT is 9 less than those who study both subjects. The number is students who study Maths is twice those who study ICT. Find the number of students who study both subjects

how can ICT be less than those who study both? Those who study both surely also study ICT.
I guess you mean the number who study ONLY ICT is 9 less. If that also means that there are 14 more who study ONLY math, then if x study both,
x+14 + x + x-9 = 63
3x = 58
