Watching TV, first you face the TV, turn the set on (indicate how to do that), then decide what program you want currently or if you want to record....and so on.

General Idea is how to communicate within a business and communicating to customers outside the business. There's so many factors it's turning out to be stressful. I don't know how to structure all of this.
