arithmetic sequence decreases by adding or subtraction a number exg 2,4,6,8
geometric sequence is mu;ltipliying or dividing by a number exg
2,4,8,16,32 etc
so it from 64 to 4 then to 1/4
64/16=4
4/16=1/4
it decreases by a factor of 1/16
it is geometric
the answer is B

This is a geometric sequence. Notice how 64*1/16 is 4, and 4*1/16 is 1/4. So the common ratio is 1/16. As for the money, no thanks.
You can make an equation like 64(1/16)^n-1 to represent the sequence
