A woman receives a parking ticket. She insists on a jury trial. The government says she doesn't need a jury because her offense is not a serious one.
What amendment relate to it? And is it constitutional or unconstitutional ?

The only amendment I can think of is Sixth Amendment, which is the right to Speedy Trial by Jury, Witnesses, Counsel.
