                How do you convert 10 Hz to seconds?
I know that Hz = s^-1 or 1/s, but I don't understand how to convert the units.

    One cant convert frequency to time, but can convert frequency to period..
period(in seconds)=1/frequency.
Period it the time for one cycle.
