    6(x-2)-3> = -3(-2+9)+7
6x-12-3 >= -3(7)+7
6x-15 >= -21+7
6x-15 >= -14
6x >= 29
x >= 29/6
I suspect a typo, so fix it and follow the same steps.
If the typo is what I think it is, there is no solution.

    6 ( x - 2 ) - 3 ≥ - 3 ( - 2 + 9 ) + 7
6 ∙ x - 6 ∙ 2 - 3 ≥ - 3 ∙ 7 + 7
6 x - 12 - 3 ≥ - 21 + 7
6 x - 15 ≥ - 14
Add 15 to both sides
6 x ≥ 1
x ≥ 1 / 6

6 ∙ x - 6 ∙ 2 - 3 ≥ - 3 ∙ 7 + 7
6 x - 12 - 3 ≥ - 21 + 7
