a. to find the circumference of the tire you need to multiply 3.14 by 2.5:
= 3.14 x 2.5
= 7.85 to round of it will be 8

b. to get the number of times the tire have to rotate to travel 1 mile:

1 mile = 5,280 ft
1 rotation is 7.85
5,280/7.85 = 672.611465
