Kevin placed 10 cubes on the right side of a pan balance. He placed 4 cubes on the left side. Then he doubled the number of cubes on the right side. Find the number of cubes that he must add to the left side to balance the pans.

so there would be 20 cubes on the right and there are 4 on the left so add 16 and it will be 20 on each side
