Simply both sides into fractions,
13 / 4 x = 52 / 7
Now multiply both sides by the reciprocal, or 4 / 13
4 / 13 * 13 / 4 x = 52 / 7 * 4 / 13
Once you get the answer, check your answer choices.

(413)*(134x)=(413)*(527)
