s = temp at sea-level ... a = temp at altitude
a = s - [(6.5ºC / km) * (km altitude)]
in this case ... a = 15ºC - [(6.5ºC / km) * (11 km)]
a = s - [(6.5ºC / km) * (km altitude)]
in this case ... a = 15ºC - [(6.5ºC / km) * (11 km)]
