LiOH(aq), and LiNO_3(aq), are the aquated species, which in solution we would represent as Li+(aq), or NO−(aq)3, where water solvates the ion. The net ionic equation is simply:
OH-(aq)+H+(aq)H2O(l)
OH-(aq)+H+(aq)H2O(l)
