I JUST FOUND THE ANSWER

so you have to find how both of them can turn into the same number so find the common numbers between them!
what number is both 25 and 45 divisible by? 5
25÷5=5, 45÷5=9, or 5/9
what number is both 15 and 27 divisible by? 3
but why not 5?
27÷5 is not rational, therefore it it 3 since 3 can go into 15 and 27
15÷3=5, 27÷3=9, or 5/9
so yes, they are both proportional.

6.6.8 - Quiz: Conversions Factors and Proportions Quiz Part 2

Answer 1: 24/45 and 15/27 are proportional.
First, Find the GCF for 24/45. 24's GCF is 5. 45's GCF is 4.
Now Divide.
24÷5=5
45÷4=9.
5/9
Now, Find the GCF for 15/27. 15's GCF is 3. 27's GCF is 3.
Now Divide.
15÷3=5
27÷3=9.
5/9.
As you can see, both ratios equal 5/9. So, the ratios form a proportion.
Answer 2: 750÷10=75.
75 x 14 = 1,050.
So, 1,050 bushels of acre.

*Note*: If you're using this for your work, do not copy & paste or use word for word. Anything Copied and pasted will be recognized and will count as plagiarism on the test. (I guess there something in the system that recognizes copy and pasting) So please, rewrite what I have wrote so you don't fail the test.
