This is a good site and it's a reliable site IF you are looking to learn and you're willing to put in some work and the source is a tutor on Jiskha. It may or may not be reliable if you are cheating and getting answers from another cheater. In may cases you may not be able to determine if the source is a tutor or not. If the tutor has an icon by it it is a tutor. PsyDAG is a tutor but he chooses not to use an icon like the one by my name.
