Question

I don't know how to solve this problem. These numbers won't be the real ones from the quiz I got this question from because I'm not looking for the answer, just the method to solving. Besides I already submitted the quiz (and guessed wrong.)
X=height in feet
Y=years

2.3 1
4.5 2
5.6 3
8.6 4
9.9 5
10.8 6
12.3 7
14.1 8
Then it asks me (about) how tall it will be after 22 days
I know how to get the correlation coefficient (for this it would be about 0.993) but I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Can somebody show me how to solve this? I would look it up on google but I'm not sure how to phrase the question.
