Joseph McCarthy claims in this speech to have a list of a number of communists in the State Department. His claims of the number of people on that list have changed from 205 to 57 and he never made the list public. He only makes vague accusations. This is not sufficient evidence to support his claim. The answer is "No. McCarthy provides only a couple of examples of supposed communists."
