I think you meant CH3COOH.
...........CH3COOH + NaOH ==> CH3COONa + H2O
millimols NaOH = mL x M = 44.2 mL x 0.250 M = ?
millimoles CH3COOH (since the ratio in the equation is 1 mols CH3COOH = 1 mol NaOH) = same as mols NaOH.
M CH3COOH = millimoles/mL = millimoles NaOH/50 mL = ?
