a. 𝑦 = 5E3𝑥−2𝑥E4

If Ex means e^x, then use the chain rule
(a) y' = 5*3e^(3x) - 2e^4
(b) y' = -2/e^3 x^-2 - 2*4e^2 sin4x

I have never seen this confusing E notation
