Martinez bought 8 3/4 yd of fabric. She wants to make a skirt using 1 7/8 yd, pants using 2 3/8, and a vest using 1 2/3 yd.How much fabric will be left over? Please help ASAP!!! :(

Write:

8 3/4 as 8 3 ∙ 6/ 4 ∙ 6 = 8 18/24

1 7/8 as 1 7 ∙ 3/ 8 ∙ 3 = 1 21/24

2 3/8 as 2 3 ∙ 3/ 8 ∙ 3 = 2 9/24

and

1 2/3 as 1 2 ∙ 8/ 3 ∙ 8 = 1 16/24
